1. How to place an order?
Each product category corresponds to 1-3 portfolios, and within each portfolio, there are hundreds of styles for you to choose from.
Just send product pictures or Catalog Name to us, we will send the corresponding portfolio with price to you. If you decide to buy some items, you can tell us the catalog name, product numbers and quantities, and then we will make the PI for you.
2. What is your MOQ?
For first-time collaborations, our MOQ is Only USD200;
For repeat customers, our MOQ is Only USD500.
For each items, MOQ is 2 Pieces Only.
We understand that trust is not established in a single day. Therefore, we set the minimum order quantity for the first order low enough to enable customers to experience our complete service process at the lowest cost.
3. How often do you update your products?
We update and integrate new products Each Month, allowing customers to complete their style selection in one place through our image library, thus shortening the purchasing decision time.
4. What is the shipping cost?
The freight cost mainly depends on the packaging volume and gross weight of the goods, as well as the destination of transportation. Only after the products are packaged can we calculate a specific cost. After you inform us of the products you wish to purchase, we can estimate the shipping cost for you in advance based on our experience.
5. How do you arrange the shipment?
If the product is small in size and light in weight, we usually choose express delivery services directly, such as FedEx, DHL or UPS, to deliver it to your door. The shipping time is generally 7 to 10 days.
If the product you purchase is large in size and heavy in weight, we usually recommend choosing shipping to the port or shipping to the door by sea. The shipping time is generally 15 to 35 days.
6. How can you ensure that we will receive the purchased goods？
After the goods are ready, we will send you photos or videos to confirm.
After the goods are dispatched, we will send you tracking number and a link to track the logistics route. We will also continuously track the goods. If there are any problems during this period, we will communicate with the shipping company promptly until you receive the goods.
7. What about the payment?
If the order amount is less than USD5000, we will collect the full payment directly to save the time for payment settlement
If the order amount exceeds USD5000, we approved 50% advance payment via TT, and the remaining 50% balance will be paid before shipment.
